Hello

Since I bought a Bluetooth Keyboard and a Bluetooth Mouse, I experience a very frustrating problem.
Whenever I reboot my PC, my keyboard and my mouse are no longer connected to my PC. I always have to reconnect my old keyboard and mice to enter my windows password
Also, when I arrive on my desktop, my bluetooth device are also not recognized by my bluetooth manager. I have to pair both of them again
And finally, pairing these two device is ALWAYS problematic.
When I want to pair my keyboard, for exemple, I hold the bluetooth connection button until it begins to flash, then I go in my PC's bluetooth manager, and click on my keyboard. But right when I do that step, my keyboard led stop flashing and the bluetooth manager will send me an error message about 10 seconds later.
I have the exact same problem with my mouse. I have to pair them multiple times and hope that they finally pair up correctly

Is there a problem to fix that shit up please, because it's really pissing me off
Thanks

  1. In Bios, did you check if there's any options selected for saving energy active?
  2. What version of BT does your perhephials are?
  3. What version of BT module does your pc have?
  4. What version of windows do you use?
  5. In windows device manager, did you check if there's any options selected for saving energy active?
  6. In energy settings, did you check if there's any options selected for saving energy active?
  7. Is your power supply powerfull enough for your HW?

1. No, I didn't check.
2. 4.2
3. 5.3
4. Windows 11
5. I don't see any option like that in my device manager (where exactly should I look)
6. I'm in performance mode
7. Yes (well, I never had any problem afaik, what kind of problem should I issue if it wasn't the case?)

I'll restart my computer later and see at that moment for point #1

  1. Go check, for it might be active.
  2. Seems alright.
  3. Seems alright.
  4. Seems alright.

  6. Go for advanced options for there's far more to tweak.
  7. Random problems like failing peripherals, windows not booting at al, screen flickering.
