There aren't any teardown pictures online, to my knowledge. However, I would discourage anybody from buying these pieces of crap just because they were made as cheaply as possible.
The adapter is clipped together with loads of hot glue, and opening it up reveals that the entirety of the adapter is a cut up SD card slot wired up to a plastic connector that goes into the serial port. The soldering is also very shotty, too.
You'll be better off picking up a Dreamcast ODE instead or install a custom BIOS. Don't waste your time with this, unless you're on a tight budget I guess.
