Well you can launch Atmosphere from Hekate. How do you normally boot Atmosphere?

I have got my Switch Keys.txt in the atmosphere folder, there's not really any clear instruction on how to find the games on my actual PC through nut.It took me a few tries to get it to work but you need to keep the keys.txt in the same folder (these are the encryption keys used my the system for the games), launch it and after a few moments, a gui will pop up and you can direct it to the directory that you keep your nsp, xci, nsx etc files. It takes extra processing power to decompress the nsx files and I would suggest you convert to nsp on your computer before you need them for install. Switch Army Knife is handy for all things concerning your switch games and it's relatively quick.

Ensure that you're using Fusee.bin as the payload, as fusee-primary payload doesn't work on the latest atmosphere!I updated the content of my SD card with the files provided by SDSetup, used Daybreak to update to 13.0.0, but now booting by Hekate the CFW (sysMMC) like I always did leads me to a black screen. What did I do wrong? How can I fix things up? Thanks
if you have the pc drivers for nutt installed already, just open tinfoil on switch, plug into pc, switch will show on pc, click that, youll see a bunch of folders, drag any game to the install folder and wait till its done. back out of tinfoil and it will be installed now.I have got my Switch Keys.txt in the atmosphere folder, there's not really any clear instruction on how to find the games on my actual PC through nut.
I've chosen the folder to scan for games in, but nothing appears on the NUT GUI.
I think I'll just have to look up a YouTube guide or something. I was reading a guide to use Quark but it looks a little outdated maybe so didn't bother to read it all![]()
should really familarize yourself with switch hacking here as your issue is pretty vague. post your hekate ipl. take a picture of the system settings screen with firmware. That's the problem, I have never done it.
I bought a switch which was already foreseen of all software and games.
Never had an issue.
Untill now. I was able to go to RCM mode, inject the payload from the pc with TegraRcmGUI and the switch started with Atmosphere. But the switch is back in spanish (previous owner) and without any games.
In the album, I see different things, such as goldleaf, but I have no clue on what to do now.

I've installed the "tinfoil drivers.exe". I thought NUT was actually looking for games on my PC, that my be my issue ahahaif you have the pc drivers for nutt installed already, just open tinfoil on switch, plug into pc, switch will show on pc, click that, youll see a bunch of folders, drag any game to the install folder and wait till its done. back out of tinfoil and it will be installed now.
theres a few ways to utilize nutt, this is the easiest imo.I've installed the "tinfoil drivers.exe". I thought NUT was actually looking for games on my PC, that my be my issue ahaha
If I run into trouble I'll be back. Thanks!
Hi, thanks for your answer. I admit I've seen that advice on the Atmosphere web page, but I didn't get what I shoud do to "use" the fusee.bin file. Do I have to put it somewhere in my SD? Thank youEnsure that you're using Fusee.bin as the payload, as fusee-primary payload doesn't work on the latest atmosphere!
I had the same issue since the new payload isn't included, but the atmosphere github page informs you of it and offers it as a separate download. I think it'd be handy to include it in the atmosphere zip folder but meh.
Ppl usually put it in the bootloader/payloads folder.Hi, thanks for your answer. I admit I've seen that advice on the Atmosphere web page, but I didn't get what I shoud do to "use" the fusee.bin file. Do I have to put it somewhere in my SD? Thank you
Hi, thanks for your answer. I tried to inject the fusee.bin file through Tegra (as I did until now with hekate_ctcaer_5.6.5.bin), but I still get the black screen...Ppl usually put it in the bootloader/payloads folder.
inject it via Tegra/rekado/rcm loader/hekate. If you want to launch it through the launch menu of hekate you need setup a hekate ipl otherwise can launch through the payloads tab in hekate

Well what payload did you use with TegraRCMGUI to start Atmosphere? That's the problem, I have never done it.

Well you will burn fuses if you install a system outside of CFW. You can still download the system update outside of CFW but if you don't want to burn fuses, you should boot into Atmosphere and have AutoRCM enabled to install the update. As for emuMMC, it is theoretically impossible to burn fuses.Hi. I'd like to update both my Sysnand and Emunand (with Atmosphere) without messing it up.
I was thinking to update my Sysnand first downloading the update normally from Nintendo servers then downloading the new version of Atmosphere and putting it inside my Micro SD card and finally updating my Emunand via locally using my brother's Switch Lite.
I am worried about the burning fuses thing and if I can safely update my Emunand using a Switch Lite (I don't want my Emunand to connect to the Internet ever).
Thanks.
is it a problem if it burns the fuses? I just want to still being able to boot into my Emunand and use stuff there. What do you recommend to do? (not interested on AutoRCM for now)Well you will burn fuses if you install a system outside of CFW. I'm from the time where you just had to put a R4 card in the NDSWell what payload did you use with TegraRCMGUI to start Atmosphere?
Update: following an advice to remove all the files first from the SD card instead of replacing them, I managed to boot CFW (sysMMC) from Hekate without getting a black screen. Now the system version reads "13.0.0|AMS 1.2.5|S". Unfortunately, now starting a game leads me to the error "Unable to start software. Return to the HOME menu and try again.". Why does this happen? Could anyone help me? Thanks againHi, thanks for your answer. Burning fuses prevents you from downgrading normally. The only reason you would ever want to downgrade is in case a better exploit is released on a lower firmware version such as a hypothetical untethered coldboot hack. Taking into consideration that there is no benefit to burning fuses and that fuses cannot be unburnt, I recommend not burning fuses. But fuses have no bearing on emuMMC so you can update emuMMC however you want. Preferably, I would advise you use the homebrew application Daybreak which comes bundled with Atmosphere.is it a problem if it burns the fuses? Just so you know, I too owned an R4 so I don't agree that is the best excuse but I digress. What happens when you press Launch?I'm from the time where you just had to put a R4 card in the NDS
This is what I see on the switch when I just power on.
I see the profiles I created, and I see the games that are installed.

I can't play any of the games now because of errors.
So they told me to reboot via RCM.
I have connected via RCM

And was able to inject the hekate payload

Now I get this on my switch screen

Not sure what to do now ...
I'm sorry, I try reading into everything, but I'm really new in this.
Pirated games need patches in order to be launched via Atmosphere. Download them from this thread.Update: following an advice to remove all the files first from the SD card instead of replacing them, I managed to boot CFW (sysMMC) from Hekate without getting a black screen. Awesome, thank you, now everything works fine. I'd better write everything I did somewhere to be sure to know what to do for the next update.Pirated games need patches in order to be launched via Atmosphere. Download them from this thread.
didn't want to use it as an excuse, but it is way more complicated nowJust so you know, I too owned an R4 so I don't agree that is the best excuse but I digress. What happens when you press Launch?
I see. I guess it's not a problem for me since I'm only interested on loading into my Emunand.Burning fuses prevents you from downgrading normally. Well that is because the systems being used nowadays are also more complicated. Now I don't know if you were using emuMMC or not but try launching emuMMC and see if it works.didn't want to use it as an excuse, but it is way more complicated now
When I press launch, I have 3 options:
CFW - sysMMC
CFW - emuMMC
Stock - sysMMC
No, Daybreak doesn't use the Internet to update the firmware but you do need a dump of the firmware you wish to update to. You can either dump it yourself from a hacked console that is already running that firmware or download it illegally from the Internet.I see. I guess it's not a problem for me since I'm only interested on loading into my Emunand.
Does Daybreak need Internet to update the emuMMC? As I said before I have access to a Switch Lite with the latest official firmware so I'd rather update the emuMMC with that if it is safe and won't get me banned by some (very) odd reason.
Thank you
that's true.Well that is because the systems being used nowadays are also more complicated. Now I don't know if you were using emuMMC or not but try launching emuMMC and see if it works.
