Unless i find something else interesting, for the moment, 2.6 will be the last release with the same compatibility before introducing new games.

hey niuus i just saw online people saying that PSXONPSP660.BIN is a much faster bios and better than regular 1001 and i tryed it on wiisxrx and they are right, the games run much smoother and better, did you ever actualy tryed that? this bios is region free too i just replaced both my bios with this one and its working great imo.

Could you post the hash (CRC32, SHA1, MD5...) of that bios? Thanks

There are no altered or fake files on those that i have seen yet. You will be fine with whatever you can grab.

This feels like it has to be a dumb question, but how are you using this? When I put the psp bios on the sd and try to select sd bios in wiisxr it says no bios is found. It's in the bios folder.

need to rename it to the regular bios so rename it to
SCPH1001.BIN and SCPH1002.BIN since its region free it works for both pal and usa

I was wondering if anyone has insight into whether WiiSX RX implements what raphnet calls "high resolution mode" for the classic controller / classic controller pro for slightly less than 8bit precision rather than the mere 6 and 5bit used normally?:

(I also can't help but wonder if such a thing is applicable to the nunchuck as well, or is the nunchuck always 8bit by default?)

How do you make your controller settings be remembered after closing WiiSX RX?

I usually have a Gamecube controller attached (which gets auto selected as controller 1) to the Wii because I use it often. The d-pad on a Gamecube controller is terribly placed and small, so it's no good for games which don't support analog.

When I select manual controls and set classic controller to controller 1, then save to SD, next time I open WiiSX RX it auto selects the Gamecube controller for controller 1 again. I can't figure out how to not I have to change it back to manual each time.

Strangely I've noticed when testing that original WiiSX boots through the PSP bios noticeably faster than WiiSX RX. I'm not complaining, just curious because it seemed odd that the more advanced WiiSX RX would get through the bios slower. Unless it's original WiiSX screwing up in some way, which cuts off the bios too soon.

CTR has soft-lock loop occur after the first sony computer entertainment of america screen. Needs GPU/SPU/CDR and RIR support. Needs Compiler Support.

Mr driller g has actually important gfxs are missing makes you lose to gameplay.
Tom & jerry in house trap has actually playing sometimes but too many timing issues.

Dude Niuus isn't dead he had some issues with his computer and he's also probably sick of people bugging for updates and stuff he's working on stuff behind the scenes and will release when ready

Seems to be in every thread I have came across its getting a bit OTT being honest not even sure he/she has even contributed any code or anything to any of the emulators he/she been asking for fixes and improvements and it's getting a bit tedious I'm also glad it's not just me thinking this.
