Nintendo have contacted a couple of installers. I suggest Installers either stop taking on low numbers (not trusted) people or stop it totally.
Sadly, they're in their right about the chips. The installation however not so sure if it's just a service.Figures. Sort of dodgy legal ground for Nintendo to be doing that in Europe, but you'd probably need a fair few installs to pay for the legal fees to prove it, the swine.
So now it's take your chances with someone who can't advertise work/customer recs or try and talk your local phone repair centre into branching out?

But they did go after Dragon Injector. So... Nintendo is on the war path. But that is just how it is, since it is a modchip from a company that provide CFW obviously Nintendo will do everything they can to stop it, you don't see Nintendo going after modders that much when they were installing SAMD21 board.

The USA installers were hit with cease and desist orders, so good luck finding one of those.Anyone in Arizona OR USA installers?
You can install it yourself with some tutorials and basic soldering equipment, happy to pm you couple videos if you want.Anyone in Arizona OR USA installers?
What about U.K. or Russia which are European countries, but not in the EU, then what would Nintendo do? I suppose by each country's laws.Sadly, they're in their right about the chips. The installation however not so sure if it's just a service.
Well I wouldn't want to fight them in court. Would be very expensive... and their is EUs variant of the DMCA that they can use, atleast try.
Russia probably won't do jack about that. I can't answer for the U.K. but since they got more draconian laws that most other countries, it wouldn't surprise me if they have that system either way. What about U.K. or Russia which are European countries, but not in the EU, then what would Nintendo do? Admittedly, U.K. is still in the EU until December 31st.
I was doing local installs in Western NY area, however the sxos activation site has been unreliable recently, and it has me too nervous to take on any other jobs (the last time it took 4 days before I was able to activate sxos for a customer who was getting rather impatient). Also, the Nintendo C&D orders are fact, so I have sustained from advertising my services altogether (even locally).I can't really find any SX chip installers near me, I would love to know if there are any in New Jersey (USA) region.
