All time they are working fine except when I power off console

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

Most ppl will say format SD card to fat32. But b4 you do just get those games from another source. They could be bad nsp's
But If I formatted my SD card to FAT32 I will not be able to put on it large NSP /NSZ Files to install !!!

You can use your computer to send the game file and install it without needing to put the file on your sd card. I personally use ns-usbloader to send the file and on the switch I have Awoo-Installer to install the file so i don't need to put the file on my sd card before installing it.

I had game corruption rather often, it finally stopped after switching to Fat 32. Just do it, and install over USB like xavier said. (When I install from external HDD, sometime it goes to sleep while installing and fails, but great otherwise.) You can get up to 50MB/s installs.

Bonus, it looks like you no longer need to use Zadig to install libusbK. ns-usbloader should have the option to install the driver under the 'gear' icon.

Be sure to check the read-me for more info.

EDIT: Backup everything on your SD card and paste it back to the Fat32, the installed games in your Nintendo folder will get copied over too, except for the corrupt games.

I've been planning to migrate to FAT32 because I feel like my sd card is getting corrupted but here I my concerns before I do that
I dont have a sd card reader but I use the mount function of tegraGUI to access my SD, is it safe to format it d that way?
What tool do I use to format it and what allocation size?
Do I just copy everything from my sd so if I boot my switch it will be as if nothing ever happened just change its sd storage to fat32?
How about the installed games that are larger than 4gb how will I copy that?

If you have a partition based Emu, it's probably different. I just use Sysnand.

So with out a card reader.. I'd probably use the USB function of Hekate. It's in the 'Tools' tab IIRC. I've not tried the mount function of TegraGUI so I'm not sure about that.

I used one of the Fat32 formatter programs for windows. Default cluster size (32k). I'm not sure if mounting it via TegraGUI or Hekate will allow you to format it. Just use Hekate to format.

As for the installed games 4gb+, you don't need to worry about that as the games get broken up into 4gb chunks when installed.

When I switched to Fat32 I just copied everything from the SD card to a folder on my PC, formatted the card, then put everything back on the card. Then boot the switch and use as normal. In your situation I'd boot to Hekate, copy everything off, use the partition manager to format, then put everything back on the card.

Again, it'll be a bit different if you are using Partition based Emu. File based Emu should be a simple copy/paste though.

My friend keeps having game corruption recently and he is still using exfat, just want to confirm all I should have to do is transfer off his data, format the card to fat32, then move it back over right? I was originally using exfat because we are on SXOS and started off with only XCIs and as the scene has progressed there's so many ways around putting anything on our cards anymore between tinfoil shops and I've been using goldleaf to install directly from my PC. My car is still exfat as well but it is 512 gb and fairly full and I thankfully have not had issues with it or any corruption yet (knock on wood) but I know I should really change it before something happens and I risk losing more than a game or 2.
