Having issues with my switch and not sure what to do next!!

Basically, im on System version 10.0.2 and AMS is 0.12.0/S

I can see all my games, but none play. They all just say error saying try again from the home menu.

They all DID work last time I played my switch about 3 weeks ago (but my software has been updated since then, both atmosphere (via the switch updater) and the firmware for the switch through wifi.

How do I get this back in to a working state :D
Install these patches https://github.com/HarukoNX/ES-Patches/releases and if you boot through hekate, then use the hekate.zip from here https://github.com/HarukoNX/PKG2-Patches/releases else if you're booting with fusee-primary use the fusee.zip (if you're not sure just use both)
backup your hekate_ipl.ini in the bootloader folder and just overwrite all files

Best way to go about with updating a Switch? I wanna use the newer ReiNX and it doesn't seem to work on 7.0.1. Also I'm unable to run newer games even if I install them with Tinfoil or Goldleaf and choose to ignore firmware.

So, I'm thinking of taking it to at least 9.2 or even 10-something. Should I use Tinfoil or something else for this?

ChoiDujourNX: https://switchtools.sshnuke.net
You can find the update files by googling: switch firmware archive
Just unzip the archive in a directory of your sd card and choose the directory within Choi. You can update to 10.0.2

Noob questions;

So I created an Emunand (same as emummc right?) and have my CFW on that. works great.

My question is, if I remove my SD card can I reboot my switch and go online with my Sysnand? I've rebooted and it goes back to regular oll 10.0.2 and the games I installed on the CFW are nowhere to be seen. It should be untouched, but would there be any refinance of the CFW? any logs or anything?

I had 90dns set to the internet so shouldn't have been on the internet.

Any clarification is much appreciated.

You risk a ban if you ever go online after using CFW & homebrew on whatever MMC you used it on.

so what is the plus of being able to install them? They will work on non-sx os?
Yes.

Hey there, now that Kosmos is no more, what is the safest way of moving to atmosphere+hekate without having to redo everything from scratch. I have setup emummc and don't really want to go through the process of re-doing everything again.

I am currently running OFW 10.0.0 with A.M.S 0.11.1.

Thanks for any guidance.

You can just use SDSetup instead of Kosmos. Its functionally the same thing but with customization of the package you download.

I can't seem to find a good source of information about one especific thing: Does AutoRCM has any ban risk while using SYSNAND OFW?
My SYSNAND is clean, never used any CFW on there, but i do entered there with autoRCM enabled. Is that a problem? Does autoRCM have any risks?

A few games won’t install through goldleaf and gives invalid nca error and says something about sig patches missing. I also tried using install nsp through usb on goldleaf with ns-usbloader and goldleaf freezes before transfer just hangs on usb install screen. I am on mac.

also tinfoil freezes everytime i open it. So i can’t even use it anymore. Before it worked somehow im sure of it. On latest atmos with 9.2 cfw now.

is this all normal?

So far, no one has been banned for using AutoRCM alone. This can change in the future however.

Have you tried using ReiNX?
