Hello, I'm here from scouring the internet for other people who had this issue - referencing the following post: https://gbatemp.net/threads/nintendont-error-ios58.588370/

Nintendont is throwing an IOS58 error despite verifying I haven't broken anything (yet).

I've got both an SD Card and USB storage in use (SD Card for homebrew, USB for LoaderGX & other software).

I've used d2x to re-install cIOS in slot 251 just to double check if that was the problem - no change observed.
Exact error code is as follows:

"Failed to load IOS58 from NAND
ES_GetStoredTMDSize() returned -106.

This usually means IOS58 is not installed.

Please update to Wii System 4.3 and try running Nintendont again."

This is my current SysCheck -

You're missing IOS58.

Open your syscheck.csv using modmii and it will tell u what to do
Thank you for the reminder/suggestion.

I'm not sure why the WiiHacks Guide doesn't give you a reminder to pivot back to ModMii if you chose the offline SD card method (it doesn't tell you that you need any of the other iOS versions after completing the guide to my knowledge);

That guide directs users to do an official online update before getting started. This carries a very small 003 brick risk, but anyway, anyone having completed a recent update should already have IOS58. I'm not sure how you got 4.3 but not IOS58 tbh
