Hi people, I found in my town a limited diablo edition Switch. New and sealed.
Serial is patched unfortunately, but I know that is very possible that its firmware could be 4.1.0 or before. Can you confirm me about?

Hello all...
I just got myself a switch and it has sxos on it, so I wonder what is best : Put xci-files on a usb and install them to my 256gb sd-card or put xci on sd-card and load them as they are?
And if I put xci on the sd-card and load them up, how do I do with updating the games? I see many games release 1.01, 1.02 and so on, do I just install those files on sd-card?
Hope you can answer my newbie questions :-)
Depends on how you want to play your games. They load slightly slower from an HDD but its personal preference if you want to use an SD card or an HDD. Updates can be installed also wherever you please.

Hi! I’m using atmosphere 0.9.4 with a 8.0.1 switch, and my battery indicator has started messing around. I bought this switch the other day secondhand (already hacked), and I want to make sure that there’s just something wrong with the software that I can fix and not a faulty battery.

Basically my battery drains from 100% to 1% in a matter of literally 3 minutes while playing, but will stay on 1% for a long time before it shuts off.

Looking at Hekate, my battery capacity (full) at 100% yesterday was 309mAh, which is obviously awful. However now that I’ve charged it for a few hours, the max capacity is at 719mAh. Voltage shows 4181mV. Seems weird that the max capacity on a battery can differ like that.

Is there something wrong with my battery? Or is it just software related? It’s super annoying and making me anxious I bought a faulty device for a lot of money.

I read that Hekate uses the battery sync thing upon boot, so I’ve booted with Hekate a couple of times (as well as fully discharged it, then fully charged it and opened with Hekate again), but nothing has worked so far. I also tried injecting the battery desync payload.

I’d love any advice! Thanks.

Physically open up the unit and unplug the battery , plug it back it and load up Hekate let it resync.

To expand upon this, I got a recommendation from the guy I bought it from to update the Switch to 9.0.0, could that also help the issue?

I've tried to remove the battery and put it back in, and I'm currently draining it to see if the battery indicator works better after I charge it up (it still says 1%).

What is considered clean NAND backup? Booting RCM mode first time and only one time, to make the NAND back up still consider as the clean NAND?

Sorry if this is not the right place to ask for this kind of help. I'm trying to install the base NSP for DragonQuest Builders 2, and I'm getting Error: 2002-4518 (0x234C02), Module: FS (2), Description: Invalid NCA (might mean missing sigpatches or too low firmware) (4518).

I'm using Goldleaf 0.7.3 and NS-USBloader v0.9 as my usb client, I have the latest sigpatches posted here on gbatemp, and I'm running FW 9.0.1 / AMS 0.9.4 (emunand).

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hunt for an unpatched unit or hunt for an < 4.1.0 switch is the same. It's right?
I think some patched consoles come with firmware 4.0.1

A NAND backup made before ever running any CFW or homebrew. RCM or payloads do not count as they do not touch the OS, Horizon.

Plenty of guides on how to get into RCM

Basically requires bridging pins 1 and 10 on the right joycon rail with a jig of some kind. Powering the console on while holding vol +.

Then you should be able to inject a payload from. Pc

What is the latest firmware to mod? I have a gen 1 switch that I want to sell so I can get a Pokémon switch lite. Now I have updated the firmware since I was using it for work. It's been a while since I checked the updated firmware stuff like what can be modded since my other modded switch I use more.

Hello everybody.
Are there any ideas or solutions about Pokemon swap in sword and shield when using cfw?
(If there is already a solution, I have not found it unfortunately so far)

I’m on FW 8.0 I thinking about updating to be able to play hat about time do I need to be on latest firmware for that game?

Wats the firmware is recommended ATM?
I read that the lastest one is still buggy with lastest SX OS?

Is there a option to ignore FW install with that hat about time and Luigi 3? Wat prog do I use if so?

When I updated from 6.2 to 8 I got a lot of games corrupted that needed they game update or dlc reinstalled never found the source of that prob I’m a sx os user card on Fat32. Did anyone having similar issues this time or last time?

Heya, so I currently have two Switches and I want to move my SD card from one to the other. Here's the set up and situation:

Switch 1:
  • Latest firmware with Atmo (non-emunand)
  • 512gb SD card
  • My SD card reader just broke (unfortunately) and thus I'm moving over to my other Switch. (The mobo's connecter broke so it's not really fixable)
Switch 2:
  • 3.0 fw
  • Hasn't been turned on in forever lol

Does anyone have a link to a tutorial on how I can use Switch 1's SD card in Switch 2? I imagine I'll have to extract the keys from both Switches, decrypt the contents of the SD card using S1's keys, re-encrypt them with S2's keys, update S2 using choidujournx, and hopefully it should work?

Thanks!
