It is. The only way to obtain keys on 7.0 so far is by using a signed package using NVIDIA's official PRIVATE keys. The TSEC part of the switch has not been pwned publicly as of now. Only SciresM has a way to obtains these and sign the code through a private exploit.
That's why you can recompile the sept code all you want but you still can not sign it. So say hello to the splash screen.

It's only a minor nag for TX though. If SciresM wanted to play it hard he could make it boot Atmosphere exclusively lol.

Genius move. Either TX has to admit that they stole code or they simply don't support 7.X and above. Additionally, Nintendo can't fix this exploit because the method of getting the private keys are not public. Since I'm an open-source enthusiast I hope that the exploit does become public someday (when TX dies for example)

OFW supports 7.0 too, but just like other CFW's, it can't do EmuNAND, XCI Loading, or USB HDD support

Maybe because no other cfw have xci loading. It's the only advantage I find.

Emunand is an enormous advantage and killer feature.

It's not because I'm salty.
It's because I just can't understand why people are paying money for pirating games using software and hardware they could get for free.
Especially because the free alternatives are way better than the paid method.

As a atomsphere/Kosmos user I can say: I used a paperclip, then activated AutoRCM.
I only reboot when I change something on the 200GB fat32 SD card. Then I have my laptop handy anyway. Reboot into atmosphere after a crash works fine.
Simply install that xci with n1dus. divide into smaller parts if needed. Done. Stay offline (no need for emunand) and get another sd card if you need more room.
I think TX will slowly die as Gateway on 3ds did.

Yeah let's pay for online service but have to communicate through a fucking app LOL. Then lets not offer blockbusters that are on the PS4 or Xbox One because we have, yet again, pushed out a system with last gen's technology. I hated FFXV, but the fact that the switch released it as the mobile phone version speaks volumes about their system.

Been paying attention to Nintendo's stock? You see how it is again going down even though they just announced new pokemon games?

I'm really upset that Sega didn't make it with their revolutionary console. The Dreamcast was miles ahead of its competition. Mark my words, Nintendo is not long for this world.

Like I've said before, I've bought all the games I've played on the switch. Which amounts to like 7. Switch games rarely go on sale, so all the cross-platform games I have on other consoles.
