Capcom USA has announced that they'll be bringing some games from their Resident Evil series to the Nintendo Switch. Resident Evil, Resident Evil 0, and Resident Evil 4 will be available on the system sometime next year. No further details were given at this time, but Capcom's Twitter says more information will be given soon.

Well to be honest, I'm okay with 2nd/3rd party companies doing ports to the Switch, even indies.
However the ones I'm NOT okay with doing ports and remasters is Nintendo themselves.
The MOTHERFUCKERS are pulling the remaster trope just to drag time out for brand new games, and so far we have only seen BotW and Odyssey for original AAA games.
Perhaps Let's Go might count, but that's shit so I don't count it lol

Well, I have played every single one of them multiple times. But it don't hurt to see Capcom at least sending ports to the Switch. Cloudy versions would have sucked even more, no?

Resident Evil 5 is not really much of a best seller, look at the Nvidia shield version. It did ok. Resident Evil 6 is a stain to the # versiones of Resident Evil...

Releasing Remake, Zero and 4 is a good way to get new people interested in Resident Evil 2.

Wut? Each game barely maxes out of 5GB. Unless the Switch's carts size limit is 1GB you have nothing to worry about.

Everyone's lashing out for the fact the Switch is getting good Resident Evil titles even if its ports:

1- At least its not Resi 7 in cloud version
2- The last time Nintendo had Resident Evil 0, 1 and 4 was during the Gamecube era (and the choppy port of Resi 4 Wii Edition and Resi 0)
3- As long as its 1080p60 good ports then we have nothing to worry about.
4- If the games are good, why not make them available for purchase in every platform?
5. We need a new Nintendo-patient-zero Resident Evil game so it can be released with better features for other platforms, Revelations was shite.
