I also am working on a No$ fooster remover tool.

Is there any updates about this? I'm pretty sure its easy enough to remove it via a hex editor but I want to make sure I don't brick my DSi

Forgot about that post... Anyway if you are going to go to restore your NAND, use however, if you are confident, you can remove the fooster yourself. If you are a little less confident, you can send a screenshot of the bottom of the HEX file.

However, if you want me to I could make that tool in like a minute if you want me to.

I'd like to avoid all possibility of bricking my DSi, but I'm pretty sure it's the last three lines of hex including the row of zeroes

There's no longer the need of using risky scripts, as from unlaunch 1.5 installer nocash added an uninstall feature. Just run one of those installers and select uninstall

The issue in this post https://gbatemp.net/threads/warning...unch-do-not-use-the-uninstall-feature.519970/ was caused by wrong firmware files, it has been confirmed by nocash itself, as both me on no$gba, and other people on real hardware already successfully uninstalled it with no issues at all

Can confirm, I know someone that got it off of his DSi successfully, even from a state of not launching the DSi menu at all.

Hey my sound is back and no more ugly splash, thanks. I was just kinda worried about the "Mostly useless" message. i think it should be clearer that your homebrew stuff will be the stuff that goes away, not the system itself.

Download the latest version of Unlaunch, extract it to the SD root, and rename the extracted file to "bootcode.dsi".
Turn on the DSi, then select the Uninstall option. If it says it will render your console useless, NoCash means that it'll just function as normal as before, and does not mean that your console will be bricked.

I just bought a ndsi that have a cfw named Unlaunch, i actually dont know anything about cfw and i want to unistall and let the console normal. Is there a way of doing it? I almost clicked in unistall and a received a messege that will make this console mostly useless. Will it brick? please help me

No, it won't brick.
It's just NoCash's way of saying your console will be stock again.
