Hardware Dell Optiplex 3020 SFF Questions About Upgrades

I found a $30 Barebone Dell Optiplex 3020 SFF that just doesn't have a processor,ram, and hard drive,
I'm wondering if I can upgrade the psu, get a wlan card, what graphics card will fit, what ram and ssd I should get, and if the i7-4790k will work in it

EDIT: what cpu cooler will fit in it too

I see a gpu slot so you can place a gpu in depending on the length of the card. The issue is the pci slots are the low profile ones. A standard gpu is higher by atleast an inch. any sata ssd works. the psu is not universal you are not gonna be able to change that. It should take a i7-4790 which was the highest it came with i read. Probably cant place in higher gen processor.

okay so the k will work from what I found but with a psu that's only 250 watts then a low profile gpu what watts we looking at

On this case, the PCIe slots are weirdly placed. So, for a graphic card, unless you do what Linus did in his last video (having a card plugged in an extender and loose in the case) you can only use single slot, low profile cards.
The best you're gonna get is the ASL G1502, which is the equivalent of a GTX 1050ti.

For the CPU, i7-4790K with good thermal paste is what you're aiming for. The TDP for the processor is 4 watts over the best chip that came with the computer stock, so make sure everything is clean and expect some high temperatures.

For RAM, get 2 sticks of the biggest DDR3 you can afford. 2x4GB minimum, the motherboard supports up to 2x8GB.

For power consumption, you're looking at 88W from the CPU, 75W from the GPU, 10W if you keep a spinning hard drive in it and maybe 3W from the SSD (unplug the optical drive). The power supply that comes with it is a 255W PSU so you should be OK. If you want to upgrade the power supply, i THINK any TFX size power supply will do, you could get a 400W PSU to be on the safe side but I'm pretty sure with this setup 255W would be ok.

For the WLAN card, anything LOW PROFILE should work. But here, a USB 2.0 card would do the same job.
