Your account is fine. Go to Nintendo.com, deregister primary, buy a new switch, activate as primary. You just can only do this once a year yourself.

@bunny_wabbit i updated in ofw to try the nes games,then i activated sleepmode still in ofw and with my sd-card inside what i only use for legit games.For Homebrew or CFW i have a different SD.I never installed something in NAND....then i went to work for maybe 4 hours and when i was home again,try to update a game on my legit card,it told me that i'm not allowed to use the online-services with the failurecode 2124-4007.

Mabye they'll unban you if your switch is pre-owned and it isn't fair. Nintendo is anything but unfair. Just tell them you just got it with all these games on it.

Nintendo couldn't care less about secondhand sales since they see no profit margin from these units. If anything, they'll just tell you to buy New consoles from them next time instead of trusting random resellers.

So after finding out that CDNSP is dead and reviewing people with CDN ban error codes, it would appear that games and game updates are now locked behind dauth hence the new error code for games (previously titles were stored behind the atum server). CDN bans now only limit you from updating your firmware while softbans (aka dauth bans) now limit eShop access, online play, and game updates.

As a result, all surveys have been updated or more accurately reverted back to their original forms where they asked people to update their system.

Correct. Which also means that a normal ban limits you from game updates. I wonder if people will change their mind about being banned since CDNSP is "dead" with that piece of information.

Just out of curiosity, i usually update my nsp in OFW, with the recent change should i avoid doing this? or is the risk still about the same?

I update/check for updates weekly give or take (still with 4 G only no wifi) and i haven't been banned yet (surprisingly lol)

For the "safest" way to update .NSP files officially, I would highly recommend removing any and all fake tickets before doing so since those are most likely transmitted to Nintendo even when you update a game.
