North America to get purple and silver New 2DS XL MK7 bundle

New2DSXL_Purple_MarioKart7_box.jpg

Nintendo of America will be bringing a New 2DS XL color to its market next month in the form of the purple silver Mario Kart 7 bundle. It's slated to go on sale on September 28, and will cost the standard $149.99. The already existing black and turquoise and white and orange systems will also be changed to come with a pre-installed copy of Mario Kart 7, starting that same day.

Jesus, they just won't the system die will they? I guess if they keep making money they won't
I totally agree
the 3ds isn't dead but it is beginning to die
I give it one more year maximum before they stop producing more games for it

That's actually really good, and considering they brought out a new console
iirc, the NES was still produced during the N64 era

Why not the Black & Red color scheme from the Japanese MK7 bundle?
Now THAT was a sexy color scheme, shame we don't have it in the US.

As long as there is a strong enough demand, Nintendo will be there with a supply for the system. Funny how polar opposite the 3DS and Wii U are in this regard despite existing from the same era of Nintendo.

as if anyone still cared for the 3D. :D

I never have, nor never will turn off the 3D on my 3DS, I still love the feature and still find it a little magical how it works without glasses.

@The Real Jdbye, I thought about that and I have blank DVD's and Blurays but honestly after like 90 songs I just listen to it a couple of hundred times toss it out and burn something else or have like 2-3 CD's. Florida here the heat in the car tends to ruin the CD's after like a few months even commercial pressed ones don't last too long.
