First of all, familiarize yourself with GBATemp's Terms & Rules. ie: no sharing copyright materials, warez, direct links & naming of websites.

Second, I know English is a terribly hard language, but you gotta work on that grammar. Way way too much run ons.

Third, a lot of games aren't cross region compatible in multiplayer. One of you have to switch over to either EUR or USA.

Fourth, if you want to download the update, try using Villain3DS or find it at that iso site. Again, you figure out what that website is yourself.

Fifth, if you have save data you want to transfer from EUR to USA (vice versa) version of the game, you're going to have to use something like Checkpoint or JKSM with some file & folder moving around. Hope the two games are similar enough to restore the save with swapped region.

The program requires some setting up. You need the encTitleKeys.bin placed in the correct folder. Check my post here. There are other posts after that one that goes into some more details about that title site, that title site's IP address, and offline/online seed decryption.

If you're already familiar with that cia site, it might be easier for you to instead go and find that iso site to get what you're looking for.
