It can i use it. it just has been reported that saves can flake out. i personally havent experienced any issues though

you get the raw files the game uses this is what the editor uses. checkpoint will dump same files too

you should need to do anything as the config i uploaded above will edit 90% of what is useful but if you are interested in checking it out open it with a hex editor or Atom and select all then paste in json viwer

Excellent - must just be user error since you and @Type_O_Dev are able to use EdiZon on SX OS.

I'll keep toying with it this afternoon after work, and see if I can get it to launch...

when does the variables stick like coins and such? I attempted to change coins to at least 2000 and when loading up the game, my existing coins reset to 0.... i used the json files provided here as well as updated the Edizon files...it isn't working for me. I am very early in the game, world 1-5.... i have all DLC and updated game.... edizon works with my other games. I am an SX OS user and this is my 1st time running into where the items are not working as intended. Again I see the saves.

They use a hex editor and manually find offsets. if you google it you will find some tutorials

Could you do me a favor and link me the current version of Checkpoint and that json. I noticed in my hb menu I have edizon I've been messing around with it and it does a few things but when I comes to games like pkm quest and m + r they need json files.

you will need EdiZon not checkpoint, you can find json's here

Plan on adding character unlocking seeing as this newer save has alot more values
