Actually ive read quite a bit as stated before. Much more then you know and reading the same thing over isnt going to change my opinion. The de sync issue is not fixed. The symptoms of the problem are being mitigated. At least to my knowledge.

As far as I understand the "mitigation" is only for people already affected by the issue, but the Hekate update prevents the desync from happening in the first place, along with some experimental code in Lakka that appears to be working

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

at about 5-10 fps for ocarina of time right now
That's actually pretty impressive, considering the emulator isn't optimized for the console at all yet!

Has anyone tried the 3ds core? How does it run?
I've tested so far:

Mario and Luigi SuperStar Saga 3DS

Pokemon Ultra Sun

They both crash whenever you're actually controlling the character.

I guess they run between 10-14fps at much.

Don't expect it to run at decent speed anytime soon.

It won't be supported until we have JIT ARM64 working and it runs at decent speed.

Greetings.

Does AutoRCM not work with linux? What am I missing here, I tried running the payload on three different computers (Windows, Linux, Mac), two different sd cards, tried etcher, tried setting up the files manually, and it still just boots to black forever. Every home-brew payload works (sx-os, hekate, etc.,) No error logs or anything just a black screen. Is it not compatible on my switch? 5.1.0, yes I formatted it in fat32, yes I manually installed the newest one please help!

EDIT: ITS BEEN ON PLUGGED IN FOR ONE HOUR SO FAR AND ITS STILL A BLACK SCREEN

Someone in the post I put up asked if this was a software battery disconnect. This is the quote from CTCaer "Yes. It's not a kip or something that needs to run on HOS boot. It's built-in." I could be wrong but that seems to indicate that his "fix" is simply mitigation and theres nothing wrong with that but lets call it what it is.

Baaad baad Linux writes baaad baad value in baad baad register

Good Hekate writes goood good value back to fix baaad Linux behavior

Now baad Linux is fixed, now is good good, no longer writes baaad value

Do you understand now ?

Ooooh HO HO lol scathing. What did the baaad baad linux value cause you to lose all your wordy word books to? Seriously if I had a dog as ugly as you id shave his ass and make him walk backwards. I might understand all this dickish behavior if i was one of those that dont read but I do. I simply misunderstood. That simple. Now can yall chill the fuck out or should we all devolve into high school girls and start pulling each others hair to?
