I mean now you're just justifying it. Still doesnt make it right. Not that I'm pro piracy but developers would get paid regardless there on the payroll
the company may go out of business, stock prices may change but the developers are entitled to their wages whether they sell one copy or 100 million
1 person or a million people doing it, still doesnt justify doing it. And that is my point. You can go to the extremes with examples like 1 person dumping a rom and the rest of 99% of the consumer pirating it, the developer would be out of buisness, although that isnt realistic, I try to look at it like I was in their shoes, working tirelessly to provide good games for the consumer and basically it being stolen. Its no different than you going to the store and grabbing the cartridge off the shelf and walking out without paying for it. Granted it's worse doing that because of cart costs, but you catch my drift
I'm not claiming to be a saint here either so dont crucify me. When it comes to piracy, most of us here cant say we've never downloaded a game online, but in most cases I'll choose not to pirate things because it's the morally right thing to do. Money makes the world go round they say, if we stop paying for shit, people will stop making it.
Anyways, im rambling now.
