Is banning locked to a console or the Nintendo account? Because I don't buy games digitally.

Mostly consoles are getting banned ...
But account bans might happen too

There have been no bans yet.

But Nintendo was rather tolerant in the past.
Nintendo's bans were really rare (mostly for playing games before release / or cheating)

But i feel like that's gonna change.
The current exploits are to easy to use, for too many consoles.

I don't think that Nintendo will just sit there and watch (again).

How did you format the email exactly? Maybe I messed up. I put a generic title like SX Pro Order, then I just put my order number and Pay Pal address in the message.

Yeah, I sent a second email with my order number as the subject and got a response immediately.

Send a second email with your order number as the subject and just put "Pay Pal address: [email protected]" as the message. I got a response within minutes.

Mine will sit on my desk until we get all the details. I'm mostly concerned about the "install once" which makes me think they're modifying nand.

They prob. do. Same happen to HBL, you also install it, so it also modify the Nand. (At least in 3.0 or below)

so looks like i just bought something I wont be using since if your nand is modified by Tx OS then it won't be compatible with Atmosphere.

You can just get Xecuter SX OS if you own a USB-C and jig, no need for Xecuter SX Pro if you don't mind installing from a PC, android or whatever you have.
I contacted Team-Xecuter to see if you need the Xecuter SX Pro to use Xecuter SX OS and the said.

you can use you own usb & jig with Xecuter SX OS if you prefer.
We recommend SX Pro though, the tools are safe, and very convenient. But again,
you can and are free to use SX OS with your tools. This is why it is also sold
as stand alone.

Not sure if we need ATmosphere at all, since it not target Piracy.
