The OP instructions are assuming everyone would understand all this stuff because it is leaving out details like how to extract this for example. There are no steps into doing this.

The files I see are "boot.firm' and the folder "exception dump parser" Which one do I open?

drag the boot.firm to the SD card where the boot.3dsx and boot.nds is

We assume people at least know how to use their computer and what an archive file is.

I don't want to be rude, sorry.

You extract all of the files in the 7z archive and then copy the boot.firm file onto the root of your sd card, as the OP says.

I was wondering if someone could help me get my movable.sed. I am following Marenthyu's Guide but do not have a friend with homebrew.

Make a guess.
You need to unzip it, there are multiple files in there (for completion's sake), the one you want is movable.sed

The file i posted publicly is just msed data, not your movable.sed. Should be obvious by the fact of it not being named movable.sed
