ROM Hack How to run different versions of homebrew on one system.

So I was trying to get a homebrew app (3dscraft) to work on my 3ds, and it required an older firmware, so I got an emunand with the newest version with all my stuff on it, and then I have my downgraded sysnand, but it still runs the new homebrew, how do I get it so that it can run the old homebrew on the old firmware.

There is a official minecraft for 3ds. Why dont you just use that instead?

Was it the sysnand or emunand you downgraded? Also what version did you lower it to for this?
