Do you think it's a smart choice? It cost 4 time less than the official one. Can this replica pcb damage my vita? Should i cancel this order and buy the official board for 15$?

Generally you should ask if something's a good idea before you do it. The old adage of "If it seems too good to be true, it probably is" applies here, but "probably" is the key word. It's entirely possible you got a legit item because someone really needed the money. It's also possible that the thing you bought was manufactured by Sony to broadcast all of your personal details to them and then self-destruct. I say, for $4, go for it and let us know the results.

Ive seen them as low as $2.50 ($3.30 with shipping)
They are all most likely fine, as has been said already, it's just a simple adapter.

I think the problem was people got tricked into thinking they were worth $20

I'm still holding out for one with a shell though...

If the Chinese are in on this now, I expect they'll be soon.

The shell (or lack there of), is the only reason I'm holding out.

Ebay 10-20 days max it states. Paypal protected, no loss to be had, but the unit looked high quality, no sketchy soldering and a "molecular" logo on PCB.

Found it ;)

FWIW while I don't really use my vita enough for this to make much sense (I have an old Phat one) I might buy a cheap one (£2 or £4 is low but a ton of boards are coming from China).
In fact, Aliexpress is more expensive than eBay - £516.11 for 100, vs £2 for 1 on eBay (From China).

It's a great thing for me. I only have 4gb memory card for vita. After i get it i will tell you all if it's working. I hope it won't kill my game cartridge slot.

My issue is they're using the old design by xyz with testpads you need to insulate (Reddit's words), plus *no case*
