I don't think that will ever be possible.
Even though GC and Wii are similar they don't handle saves the same way.
Asking this is like asking for a way to trasfer your savefile of OoT on N64 to OoT on 3DS (At least for me)

But via hacking... Trilogy games are only ports, not remakes, in theory

They're not the same as the Gamecube ones. They're rewritten and recompiled with the Wii SDK with new controls. Basically remakes. The game saves are not in the same format as the GC ones so they're likely not portable at all.
