It allows for things such as viewing ram addresses and other debug things, these are more useful for people developing homebrew/mods ect.
It also allows for taking screenshots of games, and using input redirection (using an external controller with the console)

Well if it can actually use cheats or realtime editor (ON SYSTEM) unlike ntr which still useful for plugins and wifi capture. I still don't know anything about the debugger or this ram stuff people saying in the thread.
currently, there isn't any so called "user-friendly" debugger exist yet.
but https://github.com/imthe666st/NTRSharp will be ported to gdb protocol(don't know the exactly date...) for luma usage.

Even the screenshot option pales in comparison to how quickly BootNTR is able to take screenshots. It is really cool that we can access such a menu at boot without having to first launch another program, but its not exactly making an argument to replace your use of BootNTR, maybe in the future it will though?

Is possible it will be like PSP CFW, with everything including plugins, cheats, and maybe more. :P

I think a "Disabled by default" setting would be a good option, as it would limit the number of people crashing their system when fiddling with things they don't understand.

This, or hide the developer-specific options unless they are enabled in the Luma config or something. The CPU controls are nice to have on-hand without having to use NTR, as well as the screenshot tool. (Which should hopefully improve with time?)

Well one thing you can do with ram dump processes is dump Wonder Cards from Gamefreak servers without actually receiving the gift. For instance if you have a legit serial code for an event in your region, you can input the code to pull the "gift", then instead of saying "yes" to receive it use NTR/Rosalina to dump the process. Load the file in a hex editor and pull the Wonder Card info into a reuseable/legit .wc6/7.

Just one thing the average Joe may make use of.....

I'm a bit new here, but how exactly do you do that? I've been searching and I can't find anything.
Load a title, Load the Rosalina menu and select " (Miscellaneous options > Switch the hb. title to the current app.)" close the title... The next time you load it it will load the boot.3dsx (HomeBrew).

Will doing that be permanent (until you revert the changes you made back yourself ofc) or will it automatically fix itself after one use?
