Homebrew Update 11.4 and Homebrew

I realized I was being dumb, it wasn't a Luma issue, it was a menuhax issue. I reinstalled menuhax and it's running well again.

It'd be a good idea to upgrade to A9LH by following http://3ds.guide
It has brick protection without a need for emuNAND, it's faster and more reliable and lets you treat sysNAND as if it was OFW and update it normally, so you can ditch emuNAND completely.

Just installed Luma, running on 11.4.0-37E, but for some reason the left trigger holding isn't booting me into Luma, anyone else having this problem? I have next to no experience with the 3DS and CFW, so it could be as easy as changing some setting... But my google-fu must be weak since I'm not finding any relevant searches. :\

I was in 11.2.0-35E, I downgraded through soundhax following a guide since I was aware I could downgrade with it.

If you formatted your console, you broke the link with your installed games. You'll have to install them again. Best to delete the Nintendo 3DS folder, because it is just taking up space and can't be used. If you are missing FBI, follow Section V of https://3ds.guide/installing-arm9loaderhax to get it back.

No, unless you backed them up with JKSM, they're gone. Sorry

Edit: if you have a NAND backup from before you formatted - don't delete the Nintendo 3DS folder yet. If you restore the NAND backup the folder will work again (bringing back your installed games and saves).

Since smea hasn't released HB otherapp.bin for O3DS on 11.4, you need to get the one for 11-2-0-35-USA and rename it to 11-4-0-37-USA.bin. Luma3DS will take care of making it work with 11.4. NTR streaming is broken on 11.4, but since it's N3DS only feature, no need to worry about that. There really isn't much that require HBL. Most things are available as CIA. DS ROM loading as in TWL Loader or via flashcart? TWL Loader still sucks from what I heard. DS flashcarts still work. YMMV.

ok, so I updated luma3ds in the system settings, and now whenever I try to launch luma, I get a black screen instead of it rebooting and launching my emunand, is there something I did wrong?
