Go to system settings and update it from there? It's just a normal 3DS update.

Just go into the System Settings and update like you normally would. If you don't have A9LH for some reason, make sure you're in emuNAND.

You don't need to do anything else. Just update the system.

You shouldn't need anything else. I just updated to the latest Luma as normal (I do it time to time, but most often before a new Update)

Why are you putting things that are already patched in there? Just put recent things, no reason for most of those things to even be there.
