I don't think you can cheat online with NTR.

I need to be able to connect online in my pokemon game - There are instructions but i can't do it because of the 3ds firmware. BootNTR (Mod 3) should be able to override it and connect but i'm having trouble doing that I feel like i've missed something... I don't know if i'm asking in the right place but i guess i'm hoping for someone who's used it to be able to shed some light

Is it because the firmware isn't high enough? Why not install a9lh and then update to the latest version? Sorry I can't help much. Maybe look for the release thread for BootNTR.

Only if you have a NAND Backup. You'd have to restore it via hardmod or DSiWare method.

I don't think I have one, but I'll check it again.

whats the problem you had on the non-cfw device, using another cfw'ed console is an old and tedious method

So I have a n3ds and followed the 3ds guide to have Luma fbi and freeshop, had everything working. When the update came out I updated Luma then the ds to 11.3 and everything was fine. Decided to get bigger SD card. Formatted and partitioned SD then copy/pasted all data from old to new. Reboot ds and all custom apps gone. I wasn't thinking and formated the ds. So the ds is on 11.3 and works like I never modded it, is it too late to get Luma, fbi, freeshop, etc back on the console?

Is your SD Card formatted to FAT32? It needs to be formatted to FAT32.

If you have wiped the contents of your SD Card and have formatted to FAT32. You need to follow the steps to re-inject FBI and install FBI.

So after seeing there was an update I turned my wifi off on my N3ds. I'm running 11.3 with what was released today does that mean free shop and all of that is on its way?
