How to evade Miiverse or flipnote content deletion?
For many reasons, admins there will delete contents (inappropriate or something)
What's the evading technique can be used?(Such as text obfuscating , handwritings and so on)?

I can't say if it's a cultural thing or not, but here that's called being an adult. Your region is set to China which I understand has some strong censorship laws. Here we do not have as strict of censorship laws, but there still requirements for being able to act diplomatically and being able to understand what is acceptable or not in different situations. Nintendo has many children and young adults who uses their online services, and has spent many years establishing a very family-safe image. They both have the right and are in the right for censoring their online communities and removing inappropriate content. There is no reason to try to evade their censorship.

OK, i know it.
but if I try to persuade people secretly post encrypted text to Sneak into miiverse and only allow authorized people to read it
(Is it like the human right activity that in some manner should not censor encrypted messages?)
This is quite interesting countermeasurement to hide your self like using vpn in china (rencently my VPN was banned by the government, and i really want to hide myself in anyway)

As explaint to you earlier in this thread the MiiVerse is considered a save area for children. Alot of there games are fun for adults too, but they often target kids in the first place.
Areas for kids enjoy a special 'security' treatment. The idea is that kids are still very easy to influence and therefore have to be protected to not see inappropriate content such as extrem rasicm or porn (or learn that steeling things isn't a big deal).
The MiiVerse and alot of other social networks tend to be highly censored places. Which I believe is good for kids networks, but the wrong way for adult/teenager networks such as Facebook.
If you search for completly free places you should consider e.g. places in the tor (onion rooter) network or 4chan.
If you search for ways around censoring of your goverment I recommand to visit e.g. a irc channel of the chaos computer club which is a group of political hackers (since most of them hate censorship of all kind and they're very found of IT it's a good place to start. I think in your case even a better place then e.g. most human right groups. If you can't use irc you also find e-mail adresses on there websites).
But I think this forums isn't a good place to ask the question since it isn't specilized in this things and I also think that the MiiVerse isn't the right place for things you want to share either.
Good luck and don't let you take down by the censoring. The internet should be a free place :)

of your content isn't welcome somewhere your better off finding somewhere it is welcome rather than trying to find silly ways to write gibberish which is just as likely to be removed as your original message
