Hacking how to update games with nnu patcher?

hello guys,
i've blocked the eshop changin manually the wiiu dns and infact the console can't go on the e-shop without the nnu-patcher tool. i've also an update firmware pending in the download list (i'm on 5.5.1 eu and now after HaxchiFW and Cooldboot Haxchi i'm on 99.99.99 E ).
then how i can update a game if it require to be updated to be played? i've some games on the console that requires the update and also after launch nnu-patcher i can login in the e-shop but i can't play the game because when it will try to download the update receive an error. please help me, thank you.

Download the updates (use your favourite program) and install the same way you installed your games. Done.

Or, there is currently no new system updates, so use your normal DNS, update everything and then set the DNS back. Done.

There's a bunch. Wii U USB Helper is what I use but like @icw35 said, just undo your blocking and update that way. There is no system update past the one you are on. You're safe. After updating go back in to DNS and block again.
