I doubt fbi could access ds or 3ds flashcart. Not certain about 3ds, but it just doesnt seem like it would be doable. The system doesnt even see it as an sd card, it sees it as a game cart.

Thanks to the TWL team, we can access 3ds sd slot from ds mode, and this is an use of this capability
