Micro sd card works on 3ds but cannot be accessed on PC

Hey so i was just trying to dump my AES keys for PabloMK7s Citra build when abruptly my PC stopped recognising my microsd card. Every time i try to
access it, it comes up with the error "F:\ is not accessible. The file or directory is corrupted and unreadable." which is odd as all of the data is accessable on the 3ds itself. I don't believe its the microsd card reader as I checked with another microsd card and it worked fine, I also cant use the manage microsd feature in the data management settings as it comes up with the error "Windows cannot access \\3DS-CFW".

Try another port, another reader or another PC

And last resort use FTP homebrew on the 3DS and access the sd card from PC using ftp client

I had already tried a different port and a different pc and i don't have another reader (that im aware of).
Luckily ftpd does work so i'll download my sd card and then format it and hopefully that'll fix it
