Hacking Is it possible to inject wii virtual console titles?

The Wii original games found on the Eshop such as xenoblade chronicles and mario galaxy,
is it possible to take the .wup files and inject other Wii games into them?

I doubt enough interest exists for devs to work on it

That's a shame that it's not being worked on,
it seems like it would be a case of extracting the package, finding where the game files are located, replacing them and recompressing it

But I guess it's more complex than that

It is way more complex than that, you have headers and other things in the way.
