should i just delete the gbarunner inside the sdroot/_nds/ or flashcardroot/ ?
or do i need to delete another archive or .ini file?

You could delete or rename it.
It is possible to have different Versions on your SD Card.

Why when i run it from TWLoader it bring back a TEST (red screen) in the top rigth corner of the bottom screen? Is it normal? ? I have all. The bios and GBA folder on the sdroot. it only runs excellent on my r4 it has excellent compatibility. only gave me problems on
