Hacking Buying a New 3DS and many questions

First of all, english is not my primary language, so sorry for any errors in this post.
And this is my first time posting here, so i dont know if i am in the correct area. sorry if im not.

My father is going to buy a New 3DS LL, more specifially the Majora Mask Edition, and a 64gb MicroSD.
Its probably on 9.X Firmware, and its going to be here on Brazil in the next 4~5 weeks because he lives on Japan.

Its possible to install a CFW?
if it is, what is the recommended CFW to install?
Its possible to install Game Roms, emulators, etc? if it is,how?

I asking these questions because im feel confused even when reading the pinned posts.

You speak Japanese ?
If you don't speak you shouldn't go to E-Shop until you did this (after CFW install) !

ive been reading the guide for quite a while, because i dont want to brick my 3ds when it gets here, but i have two questions about micro SDs.
The 3DS only supports Micro SDs with 32gb or less, but theres people here that uses micro SDs with 64gb or more, even 200gb Micro SD.
How to make Micro SDs with 64gb or more compatible for the 3DS?
What is the best Micro SD i can get?(money is not a problem)

get a sandisk or a kingston sd an it NEEDS TO BE FORMATED TO FAT 32

3ds support afaik up to 256gb micro sd.

Tested so far 128 only.
