Not that i can tell, it stores where you last clicked as X,Y,Z then i take those 3 values and move Toad's coordinates to be the same

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

Anyone clued up on using pointers?

Pointer
[[0x3917A028] - 0x1F0] - 0x4C

I want to use that pointer with this address 397EA918:

Current static code is a 32 bit write
00020000 397EA918
00000000 00000000

Oh, it stores the last tap position, I see.

Thanks to Bully, invincible Toad:

30000000 3917A028
39000000 3A000000
31000000 FFFFFE10
30100000 00000000
30000000 40000000
31000000 FFFFFFB0
00120000 000000F0
D0000000 DEADCAFE

Works on first 9 levels so far. You are basically in a constant state of "just been hit and flashing"
So, what do you do to make it permanent? I don't really understand how to generate a code that keeps a value at an address from changing. I found the address for the last level and could make it into a code.

EDIT:

Nm, I figured it out.

Here is a code for invincibility for Mummy-Me Maze Forever:

00020000 397EBC14
00000090 00000000

Out of curiosity, can anyone explain to me what the "DEADCODE" and "DEADCAFE" strings mean?

My code is permanent, it's using a pointer

that code already seemed to be permanent, I tried it on a bunch of levels and it worked on all

Well, I'm happy you guys got your Captain Toad cheat. I'll probably use it at some point too, just for satisfaction.

So if I wanted to try the titles thing in Pokken Tournament (since it seems very few care about cheats in that game), how do I even know what addresses to search for? Is there a legit dummy guide on how to do Wii U cheats? Because I seriously don't even know where to start.

I was playing around and found the timer for the pickaxe and made it last forever. If anyone wants to turn that it into a pointer code, I can share the location.

@ Admiral Speedy, I just tried the Invincibility code in the Mummy - Me Forever level in a PAL Captain Toad.
It seems that this code enables in the PAL disc version Infinite lives and the coins you have collected do not decrease after losing a life.
Is anything you can do to help us?

I'm on PAL so I can't say for usa version. Panmusic, I don't understand your post. It doesn't really make sense.

Sorry for my bad english. Let's clarify. The Invincibility code enables ( for me at least and using a PAL disc) infinite lives and not invincibility in the Mummy - Me Forever level. Weird, is it not?
The code I used is this :
00020000 397EBC14
00000090 00000000
