Any chance we can start a Raspberry pi section?

As the title states, can we have a RPI section? They are really great at running older game system emulators, and a lot of other things related to the gaming world. I understand that most of the people here do not even own one, but that might change if people were able to read what all they can do. Thoughts?

I would expand this to all similar boards like orange pi and odroids but like bubsy said these are linux machines and you can run retropi on a pc or laptop. Would still be nice to have specific support to help dispel confusion though

I thought the Pi was nothing more than a tiny Linux machine
Well, yes it can run Linux, android, and win 10 without it's GUI. There are all in one OS's with emulators and a nice front end. they can be used for a lot of other cool things related to gaming. I have a bunch throughout my house. I use one for each TV to run Kodi, and each one also runs retropie. https://retropie.org.uk/

As much as I love my Pi(s), I see no reason why we should have an entire section or subsection for it when the number of threads we get for the Pi (or mini PC boards in general) is minuscule and it fits just fine in the Computer Technology section on its own.

It'd make sense if we kept getting a few dozen threads every month about Pi-related things, but they only barely trickle in. I mean, if you searched for threads with "Raspberry Pi" in the title you get a whole 60 results.

Yeah there doesn't seem to be huge demand, plus the Pi has its own dedicated forums etc. If anything we could have a micro pc section or something (seeing as there are many pi like devices around) if there was a demand, which there isnt much of really.
