Reason : Because i don't have Wii U GamePad and i want to mod SSB4.

you can't loadiine can launch games though smash bros buy you first need to load homebrew channel which can only be loaded using Internet then it boots into mii maker mode.

So there's no way to use mod on SSB4 without GamePad?

You might need to change all the refrences in the hbl code to smash bros from mii maker.
