Did you know about this?
Yes, if you give magic koopa a mushroom, theres change of get a mistery mushroomWait, was that what I think it is?
I'm just making a wild guess here, but. I have a feeling that the tileset for mystery mushrooms isn't in the game, which is why mario reverts back to his small form instead of a pile of glitched sprites.Yes, if you give magic koopa a mushroom, theres change of get a mistery mushroom

This shows that it was a rushed/lazy port of the game. Instead of removing the feature, they just made it nearly impossible to get it under normal means. If we can figure out the name for the default costume mario tileset, then we can change how he looks when he gets a mystery mushroom. But, i can Crouch and break blocks, also, why is the mistery mushroom? It is suposed to be deleted for Mario Maker 3DS.
Also, i got this

Yeah, but something bad about this is that we are only going to be able to make 1 costume. This shows that it was a rushed/lazy port of the game. Someone should do the snes version of SMB over SMB, and SML2 over SMB3
The backgrounds can be changed, It's just not as easy to change as the normal sprites...I was thinking about doing that but I thought it would look silly to have 8-bit sprites with 16-bit backgrounds and tiles
The sprites are stored as models, and you can edit the textures of them after extracting the szs file.I was thinking about doing that but I thought it would look silly to have 8-bit sprites with 16-bit backgrounds and tiles

I did this to fix SMW flying jump mario's missing foot (I can't believe nintendo missed that AGAIN)
it's a placeholder for shooting a fireball. strange how they chose that thoughI do know I've already made a mod it's called Super Luigi Maker
and yes for some reason there's a SMW bowser in these sprites and I don't know why.
I think it's just the same as regular small Mario. Regular small Mario does have an otherwise unused ducking sprite. If we can figure out the name for the default costume mario tileset, then we can change how he looks when he gets a mystery mushroom.

I'd love a hack that adds Mystery Mushroom back into the editor with a custom costume selection screen.
The Magikoopa one works fine on my 1.0.2 version.Pretty sure that videos involves 1.00 and not 1.0.1 or 1.0.2 update
