I installed niconico, tried to log in, and got the error. It is out of region so I don't know if that bans or not.

Hey, I don't know if this is the right section to ask this, but I'll try it here.
I tried to downgrade my N3DS from 9.6 to 9.2. After sometime the 3DS showed me an error and the system only started again, when I put out the SD Card. I fixed that, but now I got a new problem.

I tried to install Decrypt9 today, but whenever I tried to start it, it showed a blackscreen for 1 second and brang me back to the Homebrew Menu. I read many things and realized that I got a partial downgrade.

I read that a few people, who had the same problem upgraded the system to 10.3 and downgraded to 9.2 then.
I wanted to try the same, got update files for 10.3 blabla...but when I start sysUpdater (v.4.2b and 4.2, tried both) it starts, I press upgrade, it shows me the error:

Getting CIA file informations...

titleExpection:
main.cpp:148: Result: 0xD900182F
Failed to get CIA file info!

I tried it again and again about 40 times.
Does somebody know what to do?

Did you keep the 00 tik files in files9 and delete the 01 tik files like the guide sead? You aren't sapposed to delete any of the 00 Tik files.

Yep, I kept 00 tik files and reinstalled it which results in me unable to redownload softwares from eShop.

I know it says safe to update.. but when a new 3DS update comes out, am I always safe to update if i have a9lh and luma?

Right I'm on section VI, finalising setup. As you can see from.the photo there's one the the injectable app and not a cia file like the HB launcher and lumaupdater cia. What have I done wrong and how can I fix it??? Thanks

Looks like you put the wrong FBI in the wrong folder.You are sapposed to put FBI.cia in the cias folder like this

You can also skip the part that tells you to reinject the health&safty app and overwrite FBI since having FBI stay in your h&s app comes in handy as a backup.Just do the part that tells you to copy the arm9loaderhax.bin to the ctr NAND and run DSP dump through the hbl launcher and you will be done.You will be able to turn your 3ds on without a sd card which is pretty neat.

No, since the a9lh is installed on the FIRM partition the CFW makes it read-only so it cannot be overwritten. Is uncertain what can Nintendo see but there hasnt been reports of updating blocking your console in any way

Waaaat O.o that's quite good. I got a 64GB Samsung EVO for 21€. I might go for a 128GB card and use the 64GB one as secondary storage for my Surface Pro 4.

But now, my gateway it's not working anymore (Yeah I'm still using it sometimes).
It worked before, in the A9LH V2 using the trick with a ctrboot payload, but not now.
I can start the launcher, but when I try to start the gateway mode in my 11.2 sysnand, just black screen.
Any ideas?

Huh, frankly, I don't know. Are you chainloading it through Luma?
