N64 is very inaccurate even on PC, but there's a working N64 emulator for the Raspberry Pi (Working as in playable), the Pi's got an ARM CPU and relatively similar hardware to what you would expect on the N3DS. But for the Pi you can write native code and run it directly, on the 3DS we use userland homebrew or CIAs built with community-created libs.
Were do we start ? 3ds is near is EOF ctr64 as not seen any progress can we build the n64 emulator from the Pi to work on n3ds??

p.s i would love to see something running on 3ds at least SM64!

I can play it on my s7 edge flawless the point here is the 3ds one i don't really care playing it on tv as i would post somewhere else talking about it.
Playing on s7. If your happy with that then why do you ask for the 3ds. The 3ds is confirmed to not be able to play it. You can't just force it to be playable.

it is your 2001* last one was your 2000th and as i said i can play them on my s7 edge but i would love to see a port of the Pi Arm n64 emulator to the New 3ds !

edit: yes the 3ds won't be good for n64 emulator , New 3ds is the best bet since is quad core and have small resolution screen!

Port a n64 emulator yourself and see how unplayable it is. I'm pretty sure the retroarch team considered n64 when porting retroarch but it wasn't playable

i know that in term of logic but it can be made and it need just to be adjusted....see it is not because people say it is not playable that is true never saw any proof of it playing a game since no one made a emulator in the first place.
I'm about 99% sure the the retroarch devs considered n64 (And likely ported it) when making the 3ds port of retroarch. It likely was unplayable and they gave up on it.

We saw a proof. Someone on this forum made an emulator, and it's litterally running 2FPS

And even on PCs, N64 emulation isn't perfect!

Yea literally build an working emulator at 2 fps this is surely faked none as build one or show a video and proof.

edit: even a samsung s2 could run a n64 emulator at like 6-10 fps and the cpu and graphic card are worst than the new 3ds.. they both are arm im pretty sure it is possible to see something run 10-20 fps on new 3ds it will need time and investment that for sure!

I can't find the thread. Anyway, the question has been answered many times, no, we can't emulate N64 on 3DS

You don't need avideo, try yourself. As for the commits, the guy is implementing core functions.
but you said you saw the video running at 2 fps? lets think about it , no one want to make a n64 emulator on old 3ds because it run like shit true, but the new 3ds as better processor power , so the guy build a n64 emulator on old 3ds i presume and did 204 commit for a emulator that would never work on a 3ds ,lets me say that it make no sense to say that not possible if the guy he creating new commits once a while!

Lets him get a new 3ds so he can build it better!

Read my post, I don't mention any video. As for the N3DS, try by YOURSELF! It runs like shit.
