You put the saves in a folder titled dsiware, that folder goes in the same folder as the 3dsx.

yeah i know it sucks. I was just on 9.2 3 months ago..... I didn't know what to do after I installed emunand since all my games,saves ,etc disappeared. So i proceeded to update. I regret that so much right now.
