ROM Hack FBI go black sceeen in Reinand

I ask somthing similar in the past, but this time i do the process in the other way. I first create the emunand and then i access on the HB for using FBI and install the cia...but i can't becouse FBI via Broserhax (O3DS on 9.2) go blackscreen and freeze. For the emunand i use Reinand recent build for the O3DS. There is a way i can fix this?
