Tried installing Mario Maker on a PAL Wii U, got a 0xFFFBF3E2 Error which is supposed to mean that there's no "Install" folder. Tried naming it both "Install" and "install, neither worked.

is the install folder in the root of the sd?

No, we need the ticket from the disc itself. The wud is nothing more than a raw dump the disc

I noticed the files look different compared to those prepatched ones. Something I'm missing?

I tried hex editing Shovel Knight. It's also working.
So I guess it's always 1st byte 01 and 2nd byte -2 from value
