Fastest way to grind in Pokemon FR/LG?

I only need 2 more Pokemon to complete the entire Kanto PokeDex; Kabutops and Omastar, they are extremely difficult to train, i tried EXP Share on the Seven Island, it's still slow, i found all the Rare Candies in the game and split them all for both, still nothing, used the Vs Seeker several times on the Cycling Road bikers, still nothing.
Is there a faster way to grind to get Kabuto and Omanyte to evolve faster?

Give each of them Lucky Eggs (held by wild chansey),
go to chansey house on Seven Island (Sevault Canyon),
and grind in that area.

High level trainers in that area, and higher levelled wild pokemon.

EITHER THAT

or speedrun Elite Four.
Remember to keep switching out for them to gain EXP per pokemon.

• Rare candy (*Miss the good days of missingno item glitch)
• Use cheats (Gameshark, Code breaker, Action replay, save editing, emulators
• If playing on emulator use frame skip /TURBO
