My friend has this o3ds on version 9.9.0 and he didnt know 3ds hacking was a thing. So we ordered a powersaver in order to access homebrew and do the whole a9lh installation guide(the powersaver hasnt arrived yet fyi, should arrive in the next days). So then i tell another friend of mine that we could possibly downgrade our n3ds systems that are on the version 11.1 with the help of o3ds friend. My question is, would it be possible to downgrade both n3ds system without having to wait a week to be able to downgrade the second 3ds? What exactly is the 1 week lock thing? Tyvm in advance :)

The 1 week wait thing is on Nintendo's servers and is tied to the system. Install custom firmware on the o3DS, buy the game needed to do the downgrade, back up your NAND and system transfer to 1 of the n3DS systems. Restore your NAND, and wait a week. You HAVE TO wait a week, there is no getting around that. Once that week has passed, system transfer to the other system.

Does the o3ds also have to wait 1 week until doing something online?

Doing something online...? Both systems involved in a system transfer HAVE TO wait a week. You can go online with the o3DS, you just can't do a system transfer again until the week has passed.

Oh just that? I thought the 1 week thing prevented you to go online or to eshop or something like that. One last question, what exactly is ctrhttpwn? I see something like "you can use ctrhttpwn to go online and to the eshop" or something along those lines. Still thank you for answering my question :)

ctr-httpwn does allow you to access the eShop without updating your system. Access the Homebrew Launcher somehow, launch ctr-httpwn and let it do its thing, go back to the Homebrew Launcher, press Start then press X to go back to the Homebrew Launcher without rebooting your system, then access the eShop. You can also do a system transfer using ctr-httpwn.
