Homebrew Why isn't there N64 Emulation?

I know there's a PSX Emulator (don't know about the performance though) but why isn't there a N64 Emulator? Is the N64 more advanced than the PSX? (Sorry if thats a nooby question but I'm not good with hardware and stuff)

Some people tried, it ran at 3FPS. At the point, even on PCs, N64 emulation is still not perfect. Also, the PSX is weaker than the N64
