Homebrew any [WIP] homebrews being developed/updated atm??

I don't believe much has been announced recently that's not either released or dead. I can only think of DS mode ROM loading, and that's almost dead as is.

In that case, where is everyone?

You need an other hacked console or an hardmod.
I think i will buy an hardmod soon for my 11.0 New3DS

I have a hacked console... its just I need this question answered... do I need to install fieldrunners on the 3ds with emunand or the one without??

You need Fieldrunners on the hacked console, otherwise you can't properly do the downgrade. The DSiware downgrade guide even states that you need it on hacked console. :/
