I'm going to get the S/M N3DS next month. What FW would it be?

They will be on 11.0 or 11.1 (even if that's less likely).

The newest limited edition model is the Galaxy edition, which is definitely on 11.0/11.1.
It's save to assume that the new Polemon models will be on the same firmware.

If you already have a hacked 3DS you'll be able to do the DSI downgrade if it's on 11.0 because of Fieldrunners

Yup I did with my current N3DS XL from 11.0 to 9.2 then installed A9LH
