Serious issue with N3DS XL housing swap

i'm trying to swap the housing on my N3DS XL and i have 3 stripped screws on the mother board i cannot get out i tried the latex glove method, i tried the super glue method once with a backplate screw which ended horribly and i am not trying that again.. please give me any advice that would help because im in the middle of this and now im stuck here with this issue please help me with this

sorry if the quality is crappy. the screws pretty much look like they have a O in them

Then it is probably heavy stripped, you can try to put a rubber band in front of the screw driver trying to unscrew it, I don't think there are screw driver extraction bit for that small size screw. You should invest in a precision screw driver kit.
